Puzzle 5 - Shikaku

Haven't made any puzzles in a while, and decided to make a Shikaku today! Thought the theme turned out quite nice, though the solve path may not be as nice as I originally intended.

Rules: Divide the grid into rectangles with the numbers in the cells. Each rectangle is to contain only one number showing the number of cells in the rectangle.
